We are based in the UK, but we've partnered with the best fine art print labs dotted across the world, to bring you museum-quality art more efficiently and sustainably.


Where are Everlong orders shipped from?

All greeting card orders ship from our studio in the UK.

Art print orders are shipped from print labs in the UK, Europe, USA and Australia.


ART PRINTS & FRAMES


What is the quality like?

Each art print is made to order to reduce waste and giclée printed on museum-quality archival matte paper. This is a premium quality heavyweight fine art print material with a smooth, clean finish. Colours are vibrant and details are pin-sharp using fade resistant, water based inks.


Are your art prints framed?

All of our art prints are sold unframed as standard. You can add a frame to your chosen print – we offer a range of different sizes to suit if you would like your order to arrive ready to hang.

Art print sizes are listed in cm and inches, which will I receive?

We produce prints and frames in both metric (centimetres) and imperial (inches) sizes. The sizing system being used depends on the country in which your order is being delivered.

UK = cm
Europe = cm
USA = inches
Australia = inches

For example, an artwork size of 40x50cm / 12×16in will be printed at 40x50cm for delivery in the UK and 12x16in for delivery in the USA. This means you will receive your order in the size that works best for you. And for unframed prints, you can easily find a frame in your local stores.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide. With print studios in the UK, Netherlands, USA and Australia, we not only reduce the delivery time and costs for you, but we also reduce our carbon footprint by printing your order as close to you as possible.


Where will my order ship from?

All greeting card orders ship from our studio in the UK.

For art print orders, the print lab closest to your shipping address will fulfil your order. As a guide:

  • UK orders ship from the UK.
  • European orders ship from The Netherlands.
  • US & Canadian orders ship from the USA.
  • Australian & New Zealand orders ship from Australia.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is a flat fee and calculated at the checkout.


How long will it take to process my order?

Greeting cards are usually ready to ship and we aim to get these processed within 1 working day.

Art print orders are printed on-demand to reduce waste and we aim to have these printed and packed in 2-3 working days. During peak periods this may be a little longer.


How long will shipping take?

The print lab closest to your delivery address will fulfil your order. These are located in UK, Netherlands, USA and Australia.

  • UK = 2-3 working days
  • Europe (Mainland) = 2-3 working days
  • USA = 2-3 working days
  • Canada = 5-7 working days
  • Australia = 2-4 working days
  • Rest of world = 6-15 working days

These times are estimated and may be longer, especially during peak periods or holidays or for reasons beyond our control.


Will I be charged import fees?

There will be no additional import, custom or delivery fees on shipments within the UK, EU, USA and Australia. For all other destinations it is pretty unlikely, but as with many international imports, you may be required to pay local duties or fees on the arrival of our order. Please note, we unfortunately can not advise on this, nor can we accept responsibility for these costs.


ORDERS


Can I change or cancel my order?

You can cancel the order so long as we’ve not started production. We aim to get your order into production as soon as possible, so this usually gives you a 1 hour window after placing the order. Contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to cancel it and give you a full refund.


What is your returns policy?

All of our art prints, framed prints, and frames are custom-made, on-demand, and bespoke to the customers individual specifications. Therefore we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. If you have received the wrong item, or your order has arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.


What if there is a problem with my order?

It’s very rare, but accidents do happen and we can only apologise if your order has arrived damaged or defective. Please contact us within 14 days and we will organise a replacement or refund asap.
