Order Processing

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days, Monday to Friday.

Orders made before 1pm on a working day are aimed to be processed that day. Orders after 1pm will be sent the next working day.


UK Delivery

Standard delivery is Royal Mail Second Class which has an estimated delivery aim of 2–3 working days, including Saturdays.

In order to keep delivery costs low we operate flat rates based on order value.

Faster delivery options via Royal Mail are available in the UK for all products. The cut off point for this service is 2pm. Orders after 2pm will be posted the following working day. These are shown at checkout.

All delivery times are estimates. Please be advised that delays in Royal Mail’s delivery service do occasionally take place. Although these delays are out of our control, we will do all we can to help.

Please check you give the correct delivery address upon ordering, as we can not be held responsible should deliveries go missing due to an incorrect or incomplete address.


International Shipping

International orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Standard which is untracked. In order to keep shipping costs low we operate flat rates based on order value. Tracking upgrades are available at checkout, however please note these do not expedite your shipping times.

Western Europe: 3-5 working days after dispatch
Rest of Europe: 5-10 working days after dispatch
USA & Canada: 5-10 working days after dispatch
Far East & Australasia: 5-14 working days after dispatch
Rest of World: 5-14 working days after dispatch

Whilst we do everything we can to endeavour getting your order to you as fast as possible, these times are approximate and delays can occur when shipping internationally, particularly with imports and customs.

Orders sent to non-EU countries may incur local duties and taxes. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount, therefore these are not included in your order and will need to be paid locally upon receipt.

Please contact your local customs office if you need further information before placing your order. Any charges incurred in the return of products due to duty not being paid will be deducted from the final return refund.

Packaging

All of our prints are supplied unframed.

Prints sized 30x40 cm or smaller are individually packaged flat with backing and plastic sleeve and posted in strong, rigid corrugated envelopes.

Larger prints sized 40x50 cm or above are rolled in plastic tubing and posted in thick, rigid postal tubes.


Damages

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and we ensure all our products are quality checked before posting. In the unlikely event that any damage should occur during transit, please notify us within 7 days. Damaged goods will be replaced as soon as possible. Photographic evidence will be requested.


Returns

Non-personalised items can be returned or exchanged in their original packaging and condition within 14 days of receipt.

All returned items must be sent back to us unused and in their original condition/packaging. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable. Please note, if 14 days have expired then unfortunately, we are unable to accept your return. You are responsible for return shipping costs. If you would like to return your purchase, please get in touch so that we can provide you with the correct returns address.
