Christmas 2022

All orders placed after 12pm on Wednesday 22nd December will be processed when we return on the 5th January 2023. Please contact us if this is a problem and we will be happy to issue a refund.

Unfortunately there are delays in the UK due to industrial action with Royal Mail, with a number of national strikes in the run up to Christmas. This disruption is out of our control and causing backlogs. Orders are arriving, they are just taking longer than usual.

Royal Mail's latest recommended dates for shipping in time for Christmas are:

International (Standard and Tracked):

  • Thu 1st Dec – Australia, New Zealand
  • Fri 9th Dec – USA, Canada, Northern Europe & Italy
  • Sat 10th Dec – East Central Europe & Ireland
  • Mon 12th Dec – Belgium & France

UK

  • Fri 16th Dec – Royal Mail 24 / 1st Class
  • Wed 21st Dec – Special Delivery

Where is my order?

All orders marked as shipped / dispatched have been shipped and have been collected from us by Royal Mail, regardless of what the tracking information says.

UK Christmas Orders

If the tracking info on Royal Mail's Track & Trace displays a red text message under the reference box saying ‘An update will only be provided when we attempt to deliver your item’, then this means Royal Mail haven’t made a delivery attempt yet.

Please note greeting cards are shipped as 1st Class letters so there is no tracking information available.

International Christmas Orders

We ship orders with 1-2 days of receiving them. If your tracking information says they are expecting the parcel / the sender is still preparing, your order has 100% left us (we have daily collections) and it is working through their network. We have been advised that due to the high volumes of mail and delays occurring from the UK, checkpoint scans are being missed to speed up progression and tracking updates will come further along the line, most likely when clearing customs.

Please note greeting cards are shipped as standard untracked to keep the shipping competitive. If you didn’t upgrade to tracked shipping there will be no tracking information available and we cannot get any more information for you. Tracking is an optional upgrade because the cost is 2-3x more than the cost of the greeting card itself.


Shipping

All prints are sold unframed, wrapped with the greatest care and shipped worldwide in a rigid board-backed mailer or a super thick cardboard mailing tube, depending on the size.

UK

  • All orders shipped via Royal Mail 24.
  • Delivery aim is 1-3 working days once your order has left our studio.

Europe

  • All orders shipped from the UK via Royal Mail International Tracked.
  • Delivery aim is 3-5 working days once your order has left our studio.

Rest of World

  • All orders shipped from the UK via Royal Mail International Tracked.
  • Delivery aim is 5-10 working days once your order has left our studio.

Please note that whilst we endeavour to ensure that you receive your order as fast as possible, occasionally items can be delayed during transit. Although delays are out of our control, we will do all we can to help.

Please check you give the correct shipping address upon ordering, as we can not be held responsible should deliveries go missing due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Orders sent outside of the UK may incur local duties and taxes. These are not included in your order and will need to be paid by you locally upon receipt. Please contact your local customs office if you need further information before placing your order. Any charges incurred in the return of products due to duty not being paid will be deducted from the final return refund.


Packaging

All prints are sold unframed, wrapped with the greatest care and shipped worldwide in a rigid board-backed mailer or a super thick cardboard mailing tube, depending on the size.


Damages

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and we ensure all our products are quality checked before posting. In the unlikely event that any damage should occur during transit, please notify us within 7 days. Damaged goods will be replaced as soon as possible. Photographic evidence will be requested.


Returns

Non-personalised items can be returned or exchanged in their original packaging and condition within 14 days of receipt.

All returned items must be sent back to us unused and in their original condition/packaging. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable. Please note, if 14 days have expired then unfortunately, we are unable to accept your return. You are responsible for return shipping costs. If you would like to return your purchase, please get in touch so that we can provide you with the correct returns address.
